FEATURES OF THE LUBRICATION PROCESS IN CONDITIONS OF LIMITING LUBRICATION UNDER LINEAR CONTACT

Roller friction bearings are widely used in machine-building, they one of the most loaded parts. Studying their wear resistance allows to optimize process exploitation, which increases reliability mechanisms general. The purpose study is determine effect load on slip real rolling friction. Materials and methods research: mechanism slipping, we model form a linear contact two disks, pressed against each other by tangent arcs basis machine MI1-M. On performed tests it was established that studied lubricants pairs roller – type, when changing from 200 300 N, reduce factor 3 4%.
